Mr. Howe has had a long and distinguished career in capital management, business analysis, board advisory, academia (Boston College), volunteering, and the military.
He is a Vietnam War Veteran who proudly served in the US Army's
199th Light Infantry Brigade and 25th Infantry Division.

Jayne P. Shelton, M.B.A.
Ms. Shelton has a strong background in business management, finance, aerospace engineering, and materials science. She is known for having a people-first attitude and for building strong customer relationships.
Before joining MMT, Ms. Shelton worked at Boeing on advanced materials. Prior to Boeing, she was President of Isotron Corporation, a defense R&D firm.

Simon C. Bellemare, Ph.D., P.E.
Founder & CEO
Dr. Bellemare is a lecturer at MIT and practices engineering in the areas of mechanics and materials. He launched the consulting firm Bellemare LLC, and co-founded Materials and Engineering Group LLC (MEG) along with MIT professor Thomas W. Eagar. Prior to MEG, he worked as Senior Staff at Simpson, Gumpertz, and Heger (SGH), where he consulted for over five hundred engineering projects. He has significant experience as a trial expert-witness.
